If you'll contact me off list w/more specifics about your problem, perhaps I can help. This was not specific enough to give any sort of intelligent advice, assuming that were possible for me to begin with. I need all computer(s) specs, operating systems including versions, & specifics regarding the problem you're having. Since u refer to a network issue, then I also need to know how the network is connected, versions of antivirus, antispyware, & any firewalls you're running.
