Lone Survivor is also available on Bookshare, rated excellent. The Coulter book is not, though three other titles of hers can be found there.

I just went to the official New York Times Web site, and three hard cover
non-fiction books listed in the top 10 NYT best sellers this week somehow
didn't get on your list. I thought you should know so they will be included 
for scanning.

Ranked at number 5:
