Hi Pavi, I think I have a timly suggestion. Instead of the seven day period for proofreading, why not increase it to fourteen days. It would ease the problem we have with the lack of reminder notices, but even with properlytimed reminder notices, we are taking more time than we used to to proffreada book. The seven day period is for the much shorter validating period:the fourteen days is more suitable to the new requirement to completly readthe book. They are working on it and I just checked with their schedule andthe next deployment is scheduled for the 11th. Will keep you updated on that as we get closer to the actual date. Our apologies for the interim inconvenience of having to keep a closer eye on your checked out books, and renewals without the reminders. I've got a book checked out for proofreading whose time period expires tomorrow, and haven't received any notice. I've renewed it by going into my account and doing that, but wasn't this supposed to be fixed so that we are getting notices that a book need renewing? Judy s.
