Yes, I tried that, but, bearing in mind that this is the first time I have ever even done that, I am not sure I did it right. I did not know what to enter in the file field so I did click browse. I was taken to another page where something resembling the title of the book I had just reviewed was filled in and I was presented with several options. Not knowing which one to use I somehow caused the screen reader to go silent and I could not do anything nor even know what was happening. I ended up turning off the computer by pressing its power button and started over. Then I tried the browse feature again and took note of the characters that were filled into that field. Then I returned to the accept page and typed it in myself. Then after clicking the accept button and waiting a very long time I sent the email asking for help. By the way, I suppose I will have to start over again. In my frustration I clicked the refresh button and was taken to a page which told me that I had to log in again. I cannot find the upload page now so I suppose that means starting over. In a message dated 7/18/2008 7:18:47 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, greensleeves1@xxxxxxxxx writes: Welcome, Roger! So great to have you volunteering with us. I'm not a technical expert so here is the only advice I can think of. Have you tried hitting the Browse button and locating the file to upload that way? That's how I usually do it because I'm worried I'll forget a : or an _ or something and that the file won't be able to be uploaded because of it. Good luck.
