Unfortunately, my library doesn't have this book either. If you give
me the
author's name, I could ask them if they can get it from another library,
but this, of course, would take some time (a week or two, maybe).
Darrell, do you want me to do this? My library is open today from
1:00-5:00 p.m. EST, so let me know, okay?

I'd like very much to hear from the submitter of this
book, which has the following issue keeping it from being
approved:
There are a lot of missing pages. In the first 150 pages,
these are missing: 2, 28, 29, 102, 105, 116, 118, 135 and
142. If these pages are blank, please leave a blank page
(preferably with a page number) in the file so I'll
know that they are not missing. Otherwise the book looks
okay.
I read this particular book from cover to cover, and
believe there is no missing text, but I'd like some
confirmation from someone with a print copy.
