Good point.  I doubt that the querry included rejected books since not doing
so would probably simplify the querry.

    If the book was rejected, it might not show up on Marissa's list. I'm 
not sure if that list includes rejected items sitting in Gustavo's queue or 
not. So you may yet get a rjection notice.

    BTW Gustavo is still creating the lists.
