Hi everyone,
Today I got a message back from a Pearson representative regarding my
initial request for The Art of Computer Programming. I was informed
that Pearson does not agree with the bookshare intrepretation of S121
and so would not be providing any assistance.
However, between the time I sent the first message and getting a reply
I sent a second more detailed message to a different address that
seems more appropriate for our needs so I am somewhat hopeful that my
first responder just doesn't know what he is talking about. I am
somewhat doubtful of this though because I was given an address to a
different website, but which requires someone be affiliated with a
school.
