Unlike fonts and margins, italics and bold do have ways of appearing in
braille and the Daisy formats. I meant fonts and margins do not show up.
Italics and bold do.

It's really too bad, because obviously authors use them to make points--not so much in this book; I think he only does it to make the charts easier to read--but certainly in fiction italics and bold are used for emphasis. This is the first time I've ever bothered to use underlining, and actually I don't remember seeing it much even in nonfiction books. I thought, for some reason, that the audio voices would emphasize italics or bold differently.
