Robert,
Even if it was txt when you downloaded it and the
space above the browse says txt, you can change that
now to rtf and upload as an rtf document. Otherwise
txt, I believe, loses the hard page breaks--just has a
spaces; also, any other font changes, like italics,
that you might have put in are lost.
