Sometimes, with a book like this, may I suggest that the submitter ask for some sighted help before submitting? I'm afraid I have no interest in reading this book, but if I could get it from the library I would have been happy to go through it and provide correct figures that could then be pasted into the right place on the right page. Ditto for recipe ingredient measurements.
