To answer your question (however belatedly), when I kick a book back to
the download page, the copy that's currently live on Bookshare goes
"poof" as well.

I have approved and uploaded Johnny Tremain to replace
the Fair copy (really should have been rated Poor)
that was in the collection. I put the note that it was
a replacement in the Comments section. Hopefully
whoever is in charge or replacements either will read
that or this. Does anyone know: If Marissa puts a book
from the collection onto the download list, is it
removed from the collection? If so, then there's no
problem.
