Connection to the "organization" would also be improved if we got step 2
and admin queue lists more regularly. At last count by the way I
personally have six books on the admin queue. Poor Gustavo having to work
alone with no extra staff help! What is the rest of the staff doing, by
the way? Who are they? How many?
