Thanks, Melissa. Before I monkey with this, I want to know where the zoom

Kim, not Mary, but the view setting she is referring to is not a Jaws
setting, but a Word setting. When in Word, open the view menu with alt v,
press z for zoom, and select from 75, 100, 200 or page width by using your
up and down arrows; tab to okay and press the space bar.
