No, you go into the View menu in MS Word and arrow down to Zoom. Evan----- Original Message ----- From: "Kim Friedman" <kimfri11@xxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi, Mayrie, where do I go to find out how Jaws is set when viewing the screen? I've never dealt with this sort of thing. I take it I have to go into the view screen? Regards, Kim. -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mayrie ReNae Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2010 7:30 AM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Jaws not reading whole line in Word Hi Tracy, When I had this problem, I set my zoom to 75% and that seemed to fix the problem. It's on the view menu somewhere. Maybe that will help. Jaws is not reading the entire line. It reads the first half or so. Then, if I goto the end of the line, it reads the last half. I am using Word 2003. I have tried setting all the margins to 0. I have searched for column breaks--there aren't any. I've compared the font info of letters before Jaws stops with letters after that point, and they're exactly the same. I've tried maximizing the screen. Nothing has worked. I opened the file in K1000, and it read the file fine, but I really don't want to do the work in K1000. I don't want to be chained to the one computer that has K1000, among other considerations. Why is Jaws behaving in this odd way? Thanks for any ideas.
