Yes, it's the SF author.
Will you be able to get it from your library or buy it?
It's a friend's so I can't lend it out to anyone else.
I know Jack Vance is pretty popular which is why I agreed to scan it way back when. But, I've got tons of other books to do and it's way down on my priority list.
