If it has pages missing, I would reject it.  There's no excuse for that.

Since Bookshare publication uses page numbers, and the provided page numbers are not helpful, I am thinking I should strip whatever page numbers actually exist. And the core text should just continue from page to page with no logical manual page breaks, similar to a .txt file.
Is this the logical/correct way to handle this book? Any ideas would be welcome.
