I never put in underscores and I've never had a problem submitting files. I always use spaces.

I uploaded a book with spaces and it went up fine with no errors, simply because I forgot to put in the underscores.

Kim, forgot to ask you. What's the filename? Does it have an apostrophe or comma in it? If it does, remove it. Also, suggest putting underscores between the words instead of spaces. Dunnow if that'll help, but---.
