What I finally did was wrote a macro (well, ten
macros) that found the number and then the paragraph
symbol, then escaped out of the find box, then home to
go to the beginning of the line, then enter to add a
line before the page number

The only problem I found was in things like Chapter
17, it will also add a line before Chapter 17.

I assume an extra blank space at the top of the page
is not an issue though?

Also any paragraph that ends in a number but I haven't
had one of those yet.

But the main reason I wanted to do this was because it
has to have a blank line between the end of the text
on the page and the page number right?
