IF you are struggling with it that much I can do a rescan of the book. IT
was a bit of a challenge when scanning. Feel free to reject it and I can
rescan it.

Ok, I am giving up on this one. It has a very large number of acronyms' but
those are ok. It also has quite a large number of misspellings and quite a
few tables that I am just not figuring out.
It is out there if anyone else wants to take a shot at it.
