I am curious what people think about being sure to scan every single page of
a book which might include a lengthy index, which often do not scan well.
I think most would agree that having the bibliography, end notes, and
appendicies is a good thing, but what about indecies?
Is there a Bookshare policy on this?
I ask because I have some titles that I scanned for my Ph.D comp exams where
I left off the index in order to save time scanning, but the book is
otherwise perfectly in tact.
