        Your book is only marked "check out not allowed" to you.  That is
because we are not allowed to proofread our own submissions.  There is
nothing wrong with your book.  Anyone else can check it out for
proofreading.  No worries!

I just looked at the Checkout list and my book is mark Checkout Not
Allowed...Why?  Is it fixable?  I would like to learn how to do this right
so the next book will not have problems.
