That can certainly happen. When I've finished
validating a book, which I do by reading it, I do a
final spell-check and a page-number check. I have
found, on occasion, when I had to put in page breaks,
that I sometimes was so involved in the reading that I
forgot, and two pages were together without a break. I
didn't do that particular book, however. smile
