Aw, Carrie, I wasn't complaining.  I meant it more as ... oh, my gosh, this
is an awesome scan.  That one or two errors crept in as you to hastened to
make the book available is not only expected, but more than forgivable.  The
fact that I was reading the book at 5 A.M. on the morning of release is a
feat of dedication and wonder that I definitely appreciate.

I apologize for the errors. I started out being very persnickety but after a
couple of hours, I was so tired and out of it that I zoomed through the rest
of the book pretty fast.  I'll go back and fix the errors later.  Sorry!
