Oh, Liz, you are a hoot!  Yes, I wondered about "coy" thanks for the 
correction.   I have to blame E. for "latches" because I cut and pasted 
the word into my missive.  Ah, well, we can't all be perfect.  Latkes 
it is, then, not latches.  Guess that "locks everything up", right?

That reminds me.  I need to send Kim a birthday note.  Thanks for 
reminding me.   Kim is the girl who married The Goy with the Koy.
