I have seen in the past where some people were able to submit after deleting
isbn numbers.

Hi Robert!
I use Openbook. I save it directly to an RTF file, which avoids later
problems. I know the file is active/workable as I opened it just to make
sure it was not an empty file name. No matter which way I go about it, it
is just not being accepted.
I am beginning to wonder if all the security measures I have on my computer
are interfering with this process...what do you think??
