What was the filename?  Did you zip it?  Did you also try to submit it as an 
RTF?

  I did that...I only found a message at the top o fthe form stating that 
  there was an error.  I went through the whole form looking for the error 
  message, but I found nothing.  It seems that the file cannot be uploaded.  I 
  honestly give-up.  I will try to submit another way.  Thanks for trying to 
  help.
