Or at least that's why several of us recommended that it be dropped.
Bookshare may have had additional reasons.

Page breaks. That's why HTML was dropped from the submission formats. It
doesn't support them.

bookshare, import it into k1000 and save as rtf
which of the things mentioned in your message do I lose?
