Hi Rolph,
 
When you submit a book, where the title is on the submission form, just
above the author's name, you type Hold For Mayrie: or whoever the book is to
be held for, just before the title of the book.
 So that field would look like this: "Hold For Mayrie: The Quickest Way to
Riches", without the quotes, of course.
And then it's a good idea to let the person for whom the book is being held
know that the book is awaiting them on the checkout page.
