Hi Charisma,

Sometimes there will be two copies of books, if one is publisher provided,
and the other is volunteer provided, but contains image descriptions. Any
other duplicates are an oversight, and I guess you should report those
books. I think that Carrie usually takes care of removing those duplicates,
so you should write to her, I think. Her e-mail address is

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] How best report duplicate books?

Hi, I was looking around Bookshare yesterday and found several books which
had two copies each, submitted several years apart. I downloaded the newer
submissions with the idea that they must be better? I do believe they were
the same ISBNs so the books themselves did not seem to have been updated,
just the scans.

Anyhow, how would it be best to report duplicate copies of the same book? Do
we report them?
