ISBN information that you have for the copyright holder information and date.

                    I am starting to validate Battling Unbelief, by John Piper.
    ISBN 1-59052-960-X
    The only time I actually see the word copyright is when they refer to the 
versions of the Bible they are using.  They do say "all right reserved" and to 
contact the publishers.
    Nowhere in the title pages do I see a copyright holder or copyright date.  
What do I do next?
    I would appreciate any help anyone can give on this one.
