I can do that. I just need to know if someone would be willing to check the 
copyright page for me. It refuses to scan no matter what I do. Everything on 
that page will scan beautifully except the copyright. Doesn't it figure?

Hi, Julie.  If the image file is not accessible or recognizable by a sighted
person, if you can get the help of someone who can set up your computer
programs, and if your scanner is two years old or newer, you can set up an
automatic program to bypass Kurzweil and just have your scanner alone scan
the pages in question and automatically send them to the sighted person's
e-mail address.  I occasionally send files like this to a computer
programmer friend.
