HI Jamie, 

Yes, this may work well if you can do the drawing:) I may just get it
scanned in the best I can this week and once Cindy gets the book we can work
on the corrections. The problem is, when you start listening to Dave Ramsey
and reading this financial stuff it ruins  your like!!!! Gees, I feel guilty
when ever I spend money on little extras! Though I have done well so far and
my goal is to have everything but the house paid off by Christmas. That will
mean about 20K in 14 months. 

I did treat myself this week though, I was reading through the Costco mail
and they had a 2 2gb  usb drives for $49 with shipping. Plus 10 percent went
to the Susan G Kolmen  foundation. I have a 1gb  one now but these are about
half the size. So I have a little something to look forward to:)

When I scan a book with columns I manually draw a box
around each column so that Omnipage OCR's each box
separately. 

I am quite sure there is an easier way to do it but I
haven't figured it out yet.
