I'd rather the stripper be fixed, rather than nuked.  We need to leave 
page numbers in for future use.  But we need the stripper to be smart 
enough to leave chapter headers alone.  And yes,  I do not like dumb 
strippers.

Yes, I wonder if we ought to just remove headers by hand when we
either submit or validate books and if Bookshare ought not to use
their program that strips headers. I just don't think the programs are
that reliable, and it's easy enough for us to strip them manually,
especially if it's just a matter of the book title and author's names,
and even easier if they're all in caps.
