[bksvol-discuss] Having trouble downloading books, anybody?

Hi,
Last month, I reached the download limit for books for the month.
Yesterday, I was again able to download. I was browsing through the new
books when my ability to download suddenly went away. It's still the same
today. I know I didn't download a hundred books yesterday! I've already
sent an email to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Anyone got any ideas as to what might have happened, and what, if anything,
I can do about it?
