Monica and Devi,

The copyright info from a book is only available from
Amazon when the publisher "lets [us] see inseide the
book," and apparently this publisher didn't. The
information posted on the amazon site doesn't include
the copyright info.

Monica, if the page is in the book and it just seems
unreadable, if you send it to me or to Jamie, maybe
one of us can decipher it. If not, I see Jamie's
requested the book, so the problem will be solved
soon. smile
