Thanks for the info. You're right, it did say duplicate submission. It wasn't in the book list yet, I guess it was in the list to be validated. When they have two books alike that haven't been validated yet it would be nice if they checked them both out and picked the best one for the permanent list.
I'll read my rejection notices a bit more carefully after this.

This rejection says the volunteer didn't say why it was rejected.  I wonder
why the reason wasn't given for the rejection.  It would sure be nice if we
knew why our book has been rejected.
