Hi, Jamie, I've got Lord Krishna's Cuisine from RFBandD and have a copy I am not selling, bartering or showing to anyone else. Basically I took out my trusty patch cord, hooked my tape recorder from APH to the tape player and copied the book. I found a vegetarian cookbook by Valerie Ferguson on Bookshare, (the one you did, I think). I love to eat, so thanks for proofreading and working on the book. Regards, Kim aka Ellinder. _____ From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jamie Yates, CPhT Sent: Wednesday, August 05, 2009 3:22 AM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Fw: I Just Submitted Two Quality Reports--books added to wish list Kim, if you're still looking for a vegetarian cookbook to use for yourself, try Vegetarian Cooking Around the World or the Lord Krishna one. I scanned both of those and I make sure to check all of the fractions in the recipes against the print book when I scan cookbooks because they are notorious for not scanning well. I also move all of the ingredients to their own line because frequently cookbooks put the ingredients in two columns, and if the scanner doesn't know that and can't see it, they usually scan as two things run together on one line. If the ingredient takes up more than one line, then it's interrupted by the ingredient in the column next to it. -- Jamie in Michigan Currently Reading: Blood is the Sky by Steve Hamilton See everything I've read this year at: www.michrxtech.com/books.html __________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 4307 (20090805) __________ The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.com
