I have no idea what that book is about, but the title reminds me of Girl of the Limberlost. I checked a couple of years ago and it was in the collection. I heartily recommend it for anyone with children in grades??? 4th and up? Adults? It's been so long since I read it, but I still remember it. I was looking for an excuse to read it again, which is why I wanted to see if it was already in the collection, and it was.
