[bksvol-discuss] Footnotes and the Manual

I took a Very quick look at the online manual. I found Proofreading
instructions quickly and checked the two sections where I thought I would find
what I wanted. I looked for footnote and notes and nothing showed up. The
online manual should make it easer to find such items or what's the point?
Btw, someone please tell me where that is in the online manual for my own peace
of mind.
