Hi, E. I wasn't at the chat session last week because I was doing a job with a temporary job agency, but the week before, in the chat session on book validation, the topic of chat room accessibility by Bookshare's deaf-blind users was discussed, and I offered to transcribe a summary of that chat session for anyone who wanted one since I was used to doing transcription as a job. This fellow's comment was, "Totally blind people are too slow. They always put blind people in medical transcription jobs. I guess they still do that these days."

Anyway, I'm glad to help, but I certainly don't have to attend the chat room sessions to listen to more of that.

Was the chat room being plagued with a nuisance visitor? I have not been able to attend. I thought there were moderators or something.
