Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Finding Books To Scan for Bookshare

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Theme: Finding Books To Scan for Bookshare

Where do you get the books you scan for Bookshare? Do you buy them? Do you
get them from your local public library? Does your family, friends, or
colleagues share their books with you? Do you find the Internet useful in
locating books that are free or inexpensive? These are just a few questions
Bookshare members visiting the Community Room the past several weeks have
asked. It seems appropriate, therefore, that during the Tuesday evening
get-together this week that we explore these questions in more detail.

Mark your calendars and plan to join this live, interactive online
discussion with other Bookshare enthusiasts.

Date: Tuesday, July 10, 2007.

Time: 5:00 p.m. Pacific, 6:00 p.m. Mountain, 7:00 p.m. Central, 8:00 p.m.
Eastern and Wednesday 00:00 GMT.

Where: The Bookshare Online Community Room.

There is no charge to attend this event. All you need is a PC running
Windows 2000 or later, an Internet connection, a sound card, and speakers. A
microphone will be needed to allow you to interact audibly with each other.
