I just looked up 2 books where I know I changed the submitter's synopsis,
and both had my changes.  I just changed them; I didn't put my changes in
the comments field.
Respectfully, Guido, I think you're mistaken.  Sure hope so, as I've changed
many a synopsis after validating.
