Here is the NY Times site that appears to be a weekly
list:

It lists the top five and then you can click on a line
below that gives you "the complete list"  up to 16,
and the "Also selling" up to 35. 

When you click on the "Complete ...list" you get more
details; to the reader's left of the list  it gives
the week's standing; on the right side are two
columns, one which gives the standing for the previous
week and one which tells how many weeks the book has
been on the bestseller list.

maithe, if you want any help, let me know. Are you
going to give just the top five in each category?
