Then, there are those that aren't that bad, but the default rating is fair, 
and if that wasn't changed, that's what it is, but it doesn't mean they're 
really that bad, so it definitely depends on the book. Take care.

It could be both.  It depends on the book.  butusually with a fair book it
is easier sometimes to rescan or scan a replacement.  some of them are that
bad, smile.
