Thanks, Lori! I had already tried backspacing over it, but it just skipped
the table notation. But the delete table worked!!! Thanks so much!!!

Hi, Sue,
I'm no expert, but I would try two different things.
The first one probably will not work if there is no table, but press alt+t
to go to the Table menu and arrow down to delete table and press enter. If
that does not work, then can you just backspace over the marker?
Hope one of these works or someone more knowledgable has an answer for you.
