Hi all,
I have struggled with this book for too long. When I open it in MS Office
2003 it slows my system down severely. It is almost impossible to do
anything useful in it. I don't think it is because it is too large because
I have edited larger books in the past without this problem.
I hope someone else can handle it because the submitter has cleaned it up
once for me and resubmitted it.
