Hi Cindy and Jamie in Michigan and Jim,
Cindy, the edition I have just validated is not the one you found. It was
published by Philadelphia, Lippincott in October, 1974. I've looked up the
ISBN and the title on Library of Congress, Amazon, B&N, and then searched
with Google. Everything I'm finding says that it is out of copyright. I
want to make sure, though, so if you can have a look when you get a chance,
I would appreciate it.
The book will be ready to submit once we get this part settled.

Knowing that sometimes newer editions of older works
are copyrighted by publishers, I checked the
government copyright office site and found what's
below. I don't know for sure if this is the edition
you're working with, Jamie and Cindy, but if it is,
HarperCollins copyrighted it in 2005; the last line
says it has new matter.
If what you have is a different edition or published
with a different date, let me know, because there are
some others listed.
