I'm attaching a reproduction of the form we use when we play the board game. It
is a table with 5 rows (five grades) and 5 columns (5 subjects). When the teams
are formed, each team will need to choose 10 for their questions. You need two
check marks in each row across and two check marks in each row down. This will
help you decide which ones you want so we can start the game as soon after 9 as
possible. If you are good at math you might want 4th and 5th grade math. If you
are not good at science maybe you want 1st and 2nd grade science. But as a team
you will have many strengths, so that will make it easier.
