What I do not understand is why we are completely starting over on the 
volunteer manual.  Our technical advisors wrote one.  Could we not just add 
to that one?  The one appearing on that website is skimpy at best.  It takes 
skill and technical knowledge to explain clearly.  I fear we will end up 
with a hodgepodge of unprofessional writing that newbies will find very 
difficult to follow.
