Lori and I use Windoweyes 6.1 and have the same experience. It hasn't
bothered us, so we haven't looked for a way to fix it.

I just sent a book up to the Admin queue and while reading through the list
of categories, it seems that my Window Eyes 6.1 reads each category twice -
once with the check mark, and then immediately below it reads the same category
again without the check mark. I don't recall seeing this with JAWS. Has anyone
else seen this and/or know why it happens? and perhaps how to fix it? Just
minorly annoying, but I'd like to get rid of it if I can.
